We wanted to update you on the steps we have taken here at ATD to ensure that we can continue to offer a “business as usual” service to our customers, including manufacturers of Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Products , whilst keeping in line with Government recommendations.
To minimise the threat of COVID-19 to our business and personnel we have put in place several steps to assist us in maintaining a high level of service to all our customers.
Actions already taken
• Prepared plans for staff to work remotely where possible.
• Prepared a “safe working practice” plan for our staff and yours for those occasions where a callout/service visit is unavoidable.
• The ATD landline will be forwarded to an individual member of staff who will be able to ensure that your query is dealt with accordingly.
• We have ensured that our deliveries will still continue with the least amount of disruption possible, we would ask you at this time to please bear with our courier whom may not be your normal delivery courier and may not be aware of all your site drop off points.
We are regularly communicating with all colleagues and staff to offer information and advice about the universal precautions they should practice in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 in our workplace & generally.
A reporting process has been communicated should any member of staff become ill, which will help us in any containment process.
We will adapt as fluidly and as quickly as possible to this ever changing situation. Please rest assured that we will inform you if there are any significant changes or developments. These are unprecedented times with businesses and society facing significant challenges.
