'Drop on Demand' Inkjet Printer
The IP9200 is an industrially
rugged valve ‘drop on demand’ inkjet
printer.
Producing drops from 1mm to 3mm in diameter the
IP9200 is ideal for printing large, easily read
characters on porous and non-porous surfaces.
The
IP9200 is particularly suitable for printing bright
pigmented inks onto dark surfaces such as pipes,
profiles, extrusions and building materials.
Character
heights between 7mm and 64mm are possible with
print speeds in excess of 120ft/min.
Used
stand-alone or linked to a PC, the IP9200 can
control up to 2 printheads and is small enough
to be integrated onto most production lines.
Large
Ink Range including standard dye based,
high contrast pigmented, MEK, and environmentally
friendly non-MEK formulas. A wide selection of
colours from bright white to carbon black are
available with drying times from immediate to
slow, ambient dependant.
Maintainability Maintaining the IP9200
is as simple as purging the system after long
periods of non use.
Fully
featured Menu driven software, multiple
message storage, programmable drop sizes, time
and date printing, logos and 2 fully programmable
counter functions as standard.
Variable
height Characters are made up from a
7 dot or 16 dot matrix with variable print heights
between 7mm and 64mm depending on which printhead
is used.
Reliability
The IP9200 is a dedicated industrial coding system
designed with the most demanding production environments
in mind.
Flexibility
1 or 2 printheads from 1 controller.
Ease
of use Changing ink colour is quick and
simple, just flush the system and detach the ink
pipe from one bottle and attach to another. Messages
are easily selected using the user friendly QWERTY
keyboard.
