Small Character Jet Printer
The IP9100 is a small footprint, inexpensive,
industrially rugged and simple to operate industrial
inkjet printer.
Ideal
for single line coding of paper, foils, board,
plastics or metals.
Each
printhead can print a single line of text
and graphics up to 3.5mm high. Up to two printheads
can be attached to the controller.
Ink
is suplied in a 250cc cassette which has a shelf
life of up to 1 year.
A full
range of ink colours including standard dye based
and high contrast pigmented formulations are available
for both porous and non porous applications.
Drying
times range from a few seconds to 50 seconds,
ambient and substrate dependant.
Special
migration inks and sterilising inks are also available.
IP9100
incorporates a unique mini-pulse facility allowing
up to 10 minutes open time for our fast drying
inks.
Installation
is as simple as it gets! IP9100 is supplied
with a mounting bracket allowing easy integration
to most product conveying systems.
Real
time information IP9100 prints real time
information with easily selected messages from
the user friendly QWERTY keyboard.
Reliability
The IP9100 nozzle plate can be removed, cleaned
and replaced in seconds on-line. An optional stainless
steel nozzle plate allows operation in even the
most arduous environments.
Maintainability
Using and maintaining the IP9100 could not be
simpler. It can be started up and shut down by
simply turning the mains supply on or off. There
are no costly filter changes or ink make up solutions.
The system can be sealed and stored for extended
periods, and very easily brought back on line.
The unique ink system virtually eliminates solvent
ink odours and none of our inks contain MEK. Ink
colour can be changed in a matter of moments by
simply changing the ink cassette.
