From Birmingham Airport and the NORTH using the M6:
From the M6 southbound take the A14
towards Felixstowe/Cambridge.
Leave the A14 at Junction 2, the A508 exit.
Turn towards Market Harborough.
When you enter Market Harborough turn right at the second set of traffic
lights you come across (just 30 yards from the first set).
Follow the road to the next set of traffic lights and turn right.
Follow the road under the railway bridge.
The third turning on your left is Valley Way, the entrance to Welland
Business Park

Midlands Airport and the NORTH using the M1:
From
the M1 southbound take the A14 at junction 19
towards Felixstowe/Cambridge.
Leave the A14 at Junction 2, the A508 exit.
Turn towards Market Harborough.
When you enter Market Harborough turn right at
the second set of traffic lights you come across
(just 30 yards from the first set).
Follow the road to the next set of traffic lights and turn right.
Follow the road under the railway bridge.

From Heathrow and the SOUTH using the M1:
Take the M25 clockwise.
At Junction 21 of the M25 join the M1 North.
Continue on the M1 to Junction 20.
At Junction 20 follow the sign to Market Harborough (A4304).
Continue on the A4304 for about 12 miles.
On reaching Market Harborough turn right at the 1st mini roundabout
you come across.
Go straight over the next roundabout passing a Park and School on
your left (Welland Park Road).
Turn left at the traffic lights then immediately right at the next
set, Sainsbury's will be on your left.
At the next set of traffic lights turn right.
Follow the road under the railway bridge.
The third turning on your left is Valley Way, the entrance to Welland
Business Park

From Gatwick and the SOUTH using the M11, A14:
Take the M23 up to the M25 turn off at Junction 7 following the signs
to Dartford Tunnel (This is a Toll and you require £1.00).
Continue on the M25 to Junction 27.
From Junction 27 continue on the M11 to Cambridge.
From Cambridge join the A14 to Huntingdon.
At Junction 2 on the A14 following the A508 to Market Harborough.
On reaching Market Harborough continue to the second set of
traffic lights you come across and turn right. Sainsbury's should
be on your
left.
Follow the road to the next set of traffic lights and turn right.
Follow the road under the railway bridge.
The third turning on your left is Valley Way, the entrance to
Welland Business Park.
