Automatic nozzle seal
Nozzle and gutter tube close airtight on shutdown. This eliminates drying of ink in the nozzle and gutter. Even after a long-term shut-down of the printer an instant start without cleaning is guaranteed.

Unique ink system pressurisation

No gear pump, no factory air. A built in ink pressure reservoir maintains perfect ink pressure. A transfer pump replaces used ink intermittently only as required. Unlike a permanently running gear pump this scheme minimises wear and maximises pump life.

Ideal for pigmented inks

The elimination of the gear pump removes one of the biggest causes of breakdown and unreliablity when using pigment based ink. The ink return system keeps the pigments in suspension without needing a magnetic stirrer.

Flexible integration
Connections for USB, Ethernet, Serial and digital I/O.

Highest availability
Minimum service (recommended interval 1 year) and highest availability due to the nozzle seal and the hydraulics design. No timeouts on ink reservoirs or filters.
