The
new graphic controller displays a full preview of a message
before printing. What you see is what you get! (WYSIWYG).
Functions are easily accessed via drop down menus, simplifying
programming and the user interface. The system is therefore
very user friendly and easy to use.
Main features
include:-
Large message
library and long logos as standard. 100 characters per
line, 128Kb non-volatile RAM. Bold increased up to 50 for
super-high contrast print. 600 raster logo capacity.
Seven font combination
modes with 7, 9,14 and 32 dot fonts relating to 1 to 4
lines of text.
Barcodes.
The most commonly used industrial barcodes are provided including
human readable characters.
Three levels
of Access Protection are provided to ensure that message
and set-up data cannot be accidentally altered.
Ink use calculator
software allowing an operator to estimate the number of
prints per ink bottle for a particular message. A cost per
print and effective running costs can then be estimated.
Multi-language
support (English, German, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian
and French as standard).
Sample maker
software as standard. The software calculates the print
parameters for you. Print samples and demonstrations are therefore
far easier, quicker and accurate in conjunction with an ATD
sample maker.
The graphic controller
is fully compatible with all ATD printheads and therefore
a standard controller can be swapped for a new graphic controller
very easily. A standard controller however cannot be modified
into a graphic controller. ATD will continue to supply the
standard controller alongside the new graphic controller.
The controller features automated print set-up for 12, 24,
36 or 48mm print heights.
