ATD's unique impulse non-porous system leaves its mark in reliability, simplicity and efficiency.

Think smarter - we can prove that ATD's horizontal small character impulse jet printer is more reliable, efficient and simpler than continuous inkjet systems. Our impulse non-porous systems avoid the evaporation and clogging so often a feature of continuous inkjet systems. All our special inks are non-MEK based environmentally friendly, odour free. Once installed, no re-calibration is required to maintain print quality.

Typical non-porous applications include substrates such as:

Coated boards/cards (serial packs, display cases, ready meals etc.)

Metals (lids, tubes, components etc.)

Plastics (extrusions, PT bottles, pipes etc.)

Glass (bottles, jars etc.)

Our company is committed to look at your individual needs, to design and install a system specifically for your requirements. Each installation we carry out is different and there are undoubtedly some specific cases where our systems are not suitable - we would not be being honest if we were to claim that our systems are always the best solution. We will only supply you with a system if it meets your requirements. Therefore the systems we install are extremely efficient and reliable - so much so, you probably won't even notice they are there!
