ATD Inkjet Systems have designs for Kistersline integration

04/04/03

ATD Inkjet Systems has launched a new variation on the IP9000 high resolution inkjet system that has been specifically designed for integration in to existing Kisters™ machinery.

Features include a customised printhead with an integral deflector plate that guides and maintains uniform tray presentation past the printhead resulting in consistent high quality prints and installation stability.

Compact in design the ATD IP9000 fits neatly within the restricted confines of the Kisters™ machinery whilst maintaining good accessibility for operation and maintenance. Connected to a Remote Ink System housed in a durable steel cabinet, ink can be conveniently replenished away from the Kister™ machinery and can be adapted to supply more than 1 printhead if require.

Based on 'impulse' inkjet technology, the ATD IP9000 uses environmentally friendly non-MEK inks that do not require costly specialised storage, and offers the flexibility to print at high resolution, 1 to 4 lines of alpha-numeric information as well as graphics and barcodes up to 48mm in height.

The ATD IP9000 offers a multitude of benefits including very low running costs, a clean and safe printing environment, but most importantly the system is adaptable enough to allow for future coding development free from coding equipment restrictions.
