ATD has developed three unique turnkey systems for barcoding

1) The ATD erected carton barcoding station is a true turnkey bar code printing system designed to integrate into your production line, combining the best printing technology with reliable carton handling. The system is particularly suited to long batch run applications. The system can print onto two non-adjacent sides of the erected carton and can be linked to the end of a series of production lines.

2) The continuously variable turnkey erected carton barcoding station is similar to the barcoding station above, the second system is continuously variable and capable of automatically coding onto different sizes of erected cartons (between 100mm and 600mm) without recalibration and whilst online.

3) Under final development is an offline collapsed carton barcoding station. The system receives the collapsed cartons in a magazine and can code two adjacent sides on each box. The system could be further developed to print on all sides of a collapsed carton.
